What do I need to bring to check-in?

All guests will need to provide valid photo identification (that matches the name on the reservation) and a valid method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover CREDIT or DEBIT cards only). You must be over the age of 18 to check-in.

How much will my method of payment be authorized for?

Your method of payment will be authorized for the remaining balance of room & tax charges, plus an additional $100/night for any incidental charges you may incur. If your reservation is pre-paid entirely, then only $100/night will be authorized for incidentals. Please note that authorizations on debit cards REMOVE funds from the bank account associated with your debit card whereas authorizations on credit cards reduce your line of credit.

Do you accept cash payment?

The hotel does not accept cash payment for guest rooms or related guest room charges, however all dining and drinking establishments do currently accept cash payments.

Is there a resort fee at the hotel?

No. There is not a resort fee applied to guests staying in the hotel. Many Denver hotels charge Resort Fees, Urban Amenity Fees and other ‘Fees’ that equate to upwards of $40/night.

Do you sell gift cards?

Is the hotel pet friendly?

The Hotel is not pet friendly.

However, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we accept service animals defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.

We do not allow emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals because they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, and therefore do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

Is smoking permitted in any of the guest rooms?

No. The Ramble Hotel is a smoke-free property. There is a $500 room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition, and to preserve a smoke-free environment for others.

Is Valet available at the Hotel?

Valet is available and offered at $35.00 (Overnight). All vehicles are kept within our covered underground garage.

What is the charge for Wi-fi?

The Hotel offers complimentary premium wireless internet access throughout the hotel including the lobby, guest rooms and event space.

Is there a fitness center on property?

We have a small cardio room which is equipped with two treadmills, an elliptical, and free weights up to 30 lbs; available 24 hours a day. The fitness room features a juliette balcony with sliding doors which overlooks our courtyard garden. We recommend opening the door and getting some fresh air while you get your work in. We have an abundance of yoga studios, gyms, and group class options close-by, so please connect with our front desk team should you desire more information.

What is the cancellation policy for the Hotel?

Guests may cancel their reservations 72 hours in prior to their arrival date to avoid penalty (one-nights room & tax).

Do you offer room service?

Yes. Breakfast and Lunch and Dinner service is available between 7:30 a.m. through 10 p.m (11 p.m. Thursday – Saturday). Cocktails are available from 7 – 12 a.m.

Do you have in room coffee?

Yes, we have an in-room French Press – served with a complimentary local roast, brewed specifically for our cafe, by Queen City Roasters.

Do you have hairdryers?

Yes.

Do you have handheld steamers?

Yes.

Are there telephones in the hotel?

We do not provide hotel phones in the guest rooms. Upon arrival each guest is provided the direct contact number for the hotel front desk and can be reached 24 hours a day.
