THE ART CAN, A POP-UP GALLERY FOR ARTISTS, RETURNS IN FRONT OF THE RAMBLE HOTEL!
The second season of The Art Can launches July 30, 2021 with an exciting line-up of eleven artists scheduled for residency through early November.
Throughout each two-week residency, the exhibiting artist will be present during open hours in order to interact with visitors + sell and speak to their work. The Art Can will always be open to the public Friday and Saturday nights from 4-9 p.m., with additional open hours determined by each artist.
This year’s artists originate from all over the world, bringing diverse international backgrounds and styles to their various mediums. One of the most distinct Art Can line-ups yet, artist residencies include:

• Lio Bumba | August 11-24
• Lui Ferreyra | August 25-September 7
• Jason Thielke | September 8-21
• Risa Friedman & Mike Strescino | September 22-October 5
• Derik Penny | October 6-19
• Ravi Zupa | October 20-November 3
Guests visiting The Art Can can also enjoy Death & Co’s “Summer in the Streets” on 25th Street, closed to cars and located outside the hotel, each week Thursday through Saturday evenings from 5-10 p.m. Guests can order specialty canned cocktails from the walk-up window or canned sparkling, red and white wine and beer alongside light snacks such as Miso Butterscotch Popcorn, Spiced Nuts and Mini Drunken Cookies.
