Bar Palomar, from Portland, Oregon, is taking over The Garden on July 11 – 12. A celebration of Cuban Heritage, Palomar takes inspiration from bartender/owner/operator Ricky Gomez’ family heritage. Palomar has quickly become one of the top bars in Portland  earning recognition as Bar of the Year by the Oregonian newspaper and online publication Eater Portland. This year Palomar has the Top 4 finalists for “Best Restaurant Bar” at Tales Of The Cocktail, the bar world’s biggest award ceremony, which will be held in New Orleans in late July.
