What happens when Death & Co bartenders collaborate with neuroscientists? Find out at the Neuro Bar Lab, open this fall, in celebration of David Byrne’s Theater of the Mind immersive experience.

Guests will enjoy a six-course, prix fixe cocktail menu showcasing the magic of gastrophysics and how reality is often different than perception.
